Product Description: A self priming stain & sealer made of an alkyd & acrylic latex blend. To be used on new or previously stained wood surfaces.
Intended Uses: A blend offering the superior penetration and adhesion properties of an oil based primer and the long lasting durability of a 100% acrylic. Protects exterior new wood, weathered wood or previously painted or stained wood surfaces. Recommended for wood siding, fences, trim and outdoor furniture.
Gloss Level: Eggshell (60°: 5 to1 5)

Drying Time: Touch 2Hrs, Handle 4Hrs, Recoat: 4 Hrs

Clean-up: Water (Final rinse with Mineral Spirits)

Surface Preparation: Wood must be clean, dry (less than 15% moisture content) and free from dust, grease, mildew and wax. Previously painted or stained surfaces should be prepared by removing all flaking or peeling paint. Surface must be completely dry prior to applying the stain. New wood should be kiln dried or allowed to season for 2 to 4 weeks prior to the application of the product. If the wood is weathered or if mill glaze is present an appropriate cleaner should be used or remove the mill glaze and/or dead wood fibres. If applying a light colour to previously uncoated redwood or cedar, a tannin blocking primer should be applied prior to topcoating.
