Product Description: A high quality, 100% acrylic latex pigmented to give a flat finish, rich satin finish and semi-gloss finish.
Intended Uses: A quick drying, extremely weather-resistant finish for most exterior vertical surfaces. Has better long term flexibility than alkyds and lower dirt pick-up than flat finishes. May be applied over aged alkyd, latex stain or paint, which can be used for low temperature application(2°C). No primer required on Concrete and Masonry.
Gloss Level: Semi-Gloss (60°: 50 to 70)

Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry & free from dust, grease, mildew & wax. Remove any loose & peeling paint and repair with patching compound. New Wood or Drywall: Seal bare surface with appropriate Latex, Hybrid or Alkyd primer for better uniformity. Previously Painted Areas: Glossy surfaces should be sanded to a dull finish or prime with an appropriate primer to provide good adhesion.
